ABBYY Vantage connector for Blue Prism

Introduction

The ABBYY Vantage connector for Blue Prism is an activity for Blue Prism automation Developers can
use this connector to add data extraction and document classification functionality to RPA processes.
This is a new product; previously published connectors cannot be upgraded directly to the ABBYY
Vantage connector for Blue Prism.

ABBYY Vantage is a cloud-based document processing solution that provides optical recognition,
document classification, and data extraction functionality.

Features
Establishing a connection to ABBYY Vantage
The Configuration action allows developers to configure a connection to ABBYY Vantage.

Getting a list of skills

The Get Skills action retrieves a list of available ABBYY Vantage skills.

Initiating a transaction
The Start Transaction action initiates an ABBYY Vantage transaction using a skill.

Getting processing results

The Get Transaction Result action returns a processing result or a status. If the skill requires manual
review, a URL will be returned that opens a manual review page.

Deleting a transaction
The Delete Transaction action deletes a transaction using its ID.

No issues have been reported.

CONN-626 Blue Prism studio may freeze if Get transaction result reaches
timeout.
CONN-592 Source Files property in transactions contains full file path

Deprecated versions
A version of this connector was published earlier on the BluePrism marketplace. That version has been
deprecated and cannot be upgraded directly to this release.
