Case: Procedures and Guidelines for Upstream Activities

The Malaysian National Oil Company (NOC) Procedures and Guidelines for Upstream Activities (PPGUA) is
one of the most important documents for operating companies in Malaysia.
Due to its huge scope, new revisions to the PPGUA are major undertakings involving input from all major
domestic and foreign operating companies in Malaysia.
PetroEDGE was engaged as a technical writing service provider for the third revision of the PPGUA in 2013.
For the PPGUA 3.0, PetroEDGE was contracted to:
