Windows + G - to open the Game Bar dialog.

Win + Alt + R - or Start Recording button to begin capturing video.

To Stop the recording by clicking on the red recording bar OR press Win + G again
to bring back the Game Bar

F5 - refresh
F4 - insert
F2 - rename
