JOB OFFER

CAMEROON TECHNOLOGY (CAMTECH) is recruiting bilingual Call Center Agents (English very
fluent) ; living in Yaounde at one taxi from down town. Having work experience will be an advantage.

The agent is required to be fluent in English, motivated, ready to work in shifts including night shifts.

COUNTRY : Cameroon

TYPE OF CONTRACT : Consultant

SPECIFIC MISSIONS

Þ Manage incoming calls, emails and letters from customers, and answer their service questions;
Þ Carry out sales and loyalty missions remotely, by telephone
Þ Provide remote solutions to customer technical problems;
Þ Plan service appointments with customers in consultation with the Technical Department;
Þ Sales canvassing from a prospect database (outgoing calls)
Þ Provide after-sales service to customers
Þ Take proactive measures in the event of changes or delays in the scheduling of appointments
made to clients.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Have a taste for contact; active listening; good organization and punctuality;
- Know how to manage stress and have good self-control;
- Have a natural eloquence and an excellent force of conviction.
- Have a good sense of negotiation, listening skills and diplomacy;
- Have good interpersonal skills and a good capacity for adaptation;
- Have good oral and written expression in English (working language);
- Good expression in French and others languages is an asset.
- Experience in a teleoperator position would be an asset.
- Have a perfect knowledge of IT tools and Microsoft Office applications.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

• Required Diploma : minimum GCE A LEVEL (Baccalaureat);

• A training or a diploma in Communication, Bilingual letters, Commercial action or in e-


commerce / Sales and marketing would be an asset.
