Sales Representative

A local industrial and commercial company is currently looking for seven (7) Sales Representatives
for their activities in Douala and Yaoundé.

The incumbent will be required to:

❑ Sales prospection in Outlet


❑ Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual Sales goals
❑ Achieve sales (volume & value) objectives by Customer hierarchy & Product hierarchy assigned.
❑ Develop and build sales universe outlets for the given sectors that ensure full Coverage.
❑ Achieve numerical distribution (Simple & weighted) KPIs and other AVA objectives by Customer
hierarchy & Product hierarchy assigned
❑ Participate actively in the business planning meetings (WOR, MSR) and collaborate with team to
provide the high-quality input.

❑ Maintain regular customer contact with prospects and customers

To fully exercise this role, the incumbent should:

❑ Be holder of a GCE Advance level certificate with a minimum of 1 year of work experience in
Marketing and/or Sales preferably with FMCGs – Fast Moving Consumer Goods
❑ Should be holder of a Category A or B driver’s license and preferably between the ages of 22 and
27.
❑ Demonstrate tenacity, discipline and focus
❑ Have good communication skills, be ethical and attentive to detail
❑ Show professionalism, with the ability to work with small business owners
❑ Good knowledge of the regions’ geographics and markets.
❑ Be able to communicate in English and/or French
