Dear Ms.Pradnya Kale,

We are pleased to appoint you as “ Executive – Fleet Personnel “ in our company on the following terms
and conditions.

1) Your appointment will be on probationary basis for a period of 9 months, commencing from the
date of your joining, i.e. 29TH June , 2020, on satisfactory completion of your probation period,
your appointment will be confirmed in writing.
2) Your monthly remuneration is as below, amounts being in INR :

Medical Allowance : 0 0

Academic Research allowance : 0 0
Meal Allowance : 0 0
Monthly Salary : 15,000 180,000
3) All the components appearing above will be subject to Income Tax. However, to the extent they
are allowances (other than special allowance), some will be exempted from taxation provided
declaration/proof of payment is furnished to the company.
4) Annual increments will be based on performance, improvement in skills, working relationships
with colleagues, attendance, dedication, integrity apart from other parameters. These
increments will also be subject to the performance of the company.
5) You will be entitled for annual leave of 18 working days as per calendar year after successful
completion of your probation period. During probation period you will be entitled only for 3
working days will be deducted from your monthly wages.
6) Your appointment can be terminated by either side by giving one month’s written notice or pay
in lieu thereof, However, termination of employment for any reason during the probation period
of for any breach of the company’s rules and regulations and/ or misconduct of any nature on
your part, will entail instant dismissal with the forfeiture of right of notice or pay in lieu thereof,
In case of your dismissal under this clause, you will be entitled to your dues up to and including
the date of dismissal, during probation period 1 day notice will be given for termination of
contract.
7) You have been briefed about the nature of your assignment and the related responsibilities.
8) You will be required to abide by the company’s ruled and regulations that are in force from time
to time.
9) You will not, either during the continuance of your employment herein or thereafter, except in
the proper course of your duties as such, divulge any of the affairs or confidential information of
the company to any other company, person or persons without the previous consent of this
company, nor use or attempt to use any information which you may acquire in the course of your
employment in any way which may injure or cause loss to the company.
10) Your services are liable to be either transferred to any other place in india or to another group
company / associates.
11) You will not take or hold any candidate passport & CDC incase required proper
acknowledgement & storage should be there . Storage locker key will be in your custody .
Any passport & CDC if lost you will be responsible for same

ANNEXURE “A”

Basic Salary : This head is paid on a monthly basis. Retirement benefits and HRA are linked to it.

Other Allowance: This head is part of your monthly salary.

Bonus : This head is part of your monthly salary.

Reimbursement & Allowance

 House Rent Allowance: Valued @ 50% of Basic salary. This head is exempt from income tax on
submission of leave & license agreement and Rent receipts.
 Education Allowance: This head is exempt from income Tax U/S 10 (14) Rs.100/- per month per
child up to maximum of 2 children
 Medical Allowance: This head is exempt from income Tax U/S 10 (14) provided proper invoices
are submitted to office
 Conveyance Allowance: This head is exempt from Income Tax U/S 10 (14). This allowance is
granted to commute between your residence and office.
 Fuel Expenses: You can claim reimbursement under this head provided you submit bills, date of
travel, mileage, destination and amount spent for official purpose.
 Academic Research Allowance: This head is exempt U/S 10 (14) of the income tax act. This
allowance will be taxable unless proper supporting documents are submitted to office.
 Leave Travel Allowance: This head covers reimbursement for travel on leave within India. Exempt
U/S 10 (5) of Income Tax Act up to Rs. 20,000/- Annually. Exemption can be Claimed only twice in
a block of 2 years.
 Meal Allowance: This is paid as part of the monthly salary. Is not linked to any retirement benefit
or any other element of compensation. Company will provide with food card/ coupons which will
be loaded on a monthly basis with relevant amount.
