As we all know, the company has covered the entire ground Sales Team under accidental policy. Below
I’m sharing an updated accidental policy benefits & its claim process.
3. Temporary Total Disability (Weekly Benefit) – 1% of SI or Rs. 5000 or actual weekly salary whichever is
less for 104 weeks
4. Accidental Medex – Max Rs. 100000 or actual claims as In patient hospitalization( 24 hrs
hospitalization required)
Step 1 – Connect & report your accident details to the Sales Care team via email or care calling number
with 3 to 7 days of accident & share injured candidate Complete Name, Thor Id, TL, GM & RH details
with them.

Step 2 – Sales care will send an intimation mail to Tata AIG on your behalf.
Step 3 – Tata AIG will share the claim number on the same mail within 24 to 48 Hrs. Along with Claim
number Tata AIG will send a list of required documents on the same mail. (Documents to be sent by
SE/TL/GM).
Step 4 – After treatment, we have to send Fitness certificate & all documents (bills & receipts)
mentioned by the claim team in the checklist within 7 days of discharge.
Step 5 – If all documents, bills & receipts sent with Tata AIG are verified then the claim will be settled
within 25 to 30 working days.
- As all SEs & TL’s will be covered under this policy after completing 30 Days in the company (Raise your
claim query with Sales Care team, even if your age is less than 30 days in the Company)
- The Size of any mail sent to TATA AIG should not increase more than 5 MB
- Hand written bills & receipts are not allowed. Payment receipts are mandatory with bills
- Your claim will be settled by the claim team on reimbursement basis only. Cashless benefits can’t be
provided in Accidental policy
