The official Facebook page of BISCAST has posted a video entailing the internationalization efforts under

its new administration. The 3-minute video encompasses its joint efforts with other academic
institutions and partners, hosting activities, and developing strategic actions to provide quality
education and services to the entire BISCAST community.

Watching the video has urged me to look forward to BISCAST due to its persevered efforts in
internationalization. It continually pursues to be one of the top-performing universities in Southeast
Asia. To correlate the video context on our course subject, I believe that the communication model best
associated with the video is Lasswell's Model of Communication. The sender was able to publicize the
Internationalization efforts of BISCAST through a social media platform intended for the public to see
the institution's current performance throughout the pandemic. The presentation was done verbally
alongside visual imagery for a more pleasing context. The said institution is consistently active in
implementing more comprehensive activities to retain quality education. In turn, this provides positive
feedback and encourages the public to pursue their academic careers at BISCAST. Also, the graphics and
platform were extensively utilized, resulting in a more engaging video highlighting BISCAST's triumphant
activities amid the pandemic.

Overall, BISCAST's recent video about its internationalization efforts aims to strengthen the innovative
practices of the institution in the field of engineering & technology, culture, and society. It was made
possible despite the hindrances due to pandemic, by which the institution successfully accentuated its
exertions towards academic development through home-based/campus-based internationalization.
