~ Inspect for damage to the exterior of hamess,
= While moving the hamess and connector
related to the sensor, check the display of
related items in the scan tools engine data. The
display changes show the fault recion.

valve 1 connector, ECM connector, and midway

2. Correct any detected malfunction if necessary.

41. Tum the starter switch OFF.
2. Allach the EGR magnetic valve 1 connector

Do the resistance values fall within the specified

Replace EGR magnetic valve 1

1. Check for a short with the harnesses for the
power supply and signals or a disconnection
