- Technology and Patent

- A reliable vendor and distribution network
- Culture of organization (companies for diversity, ranked world’s most

2. What kind of operations in their busines system made it possible to


accumulate such intangible asset?
- “No one is an island”, as P&G effectively uses the channels of distribution to
run its operations, and it established powerful distribution network, which
includes manufacturing firms, distributors, retailers, consumers.
- Since the early years of making soap and candles, P&G has been creating
shampoos, shavers, and even more today. P&G has been constantly
innovating to make everyday life better for their consumers.
- P&G places a huge focus on gaining insights into consumers’ everyday lives
so they can combine “what’s needed” and “what’s possible”.
- Diversity in the workplace creates different thinking and most importantly,
create an environment where people are able to say what they think. A new
idea can trigger another idea, possibly creating a solution that no one has
thought about; and this paves the way for innovation.
