Instructions
Students needs to create their account on the myciena portal following the instructions below.
When the student logs into the learning site they can search for the course in the upper right hand
corner and then click the link to launch the course.
Please visit https://my.ciena.com/CienaPortal/s/Ciena-Portal-Home and click Log In in the upper
right corner. Then find learning, my learning and find courses.
*Please do not use Internet Explorer to access the portal.
Enter with your portal user id and password in the Customer/Partner Portal. If you don’t have a
portal account, please create one. You can also reset your password here.
If you can't get to the portal following the above you can visit my.ciena.com directly and login with
your customer portal info.
Please email mycienasupport@ciena.com for portal login assistance.
