Software Engineer Intern
▪ Prototyped an Alexa Skill that made Assisted Living Home resident data more accessible to nurses.
▪ Built an API using C# to access company data and an authentication scheme to limit access to private resident
data.
▪ Presented business findings and prototype in a “Lunch and Learn” to the entire company and wrote a white
paper for future employees.

ACADEMIC RESEARCH / ACTIVITIES


Kretchmer Theoretical Chemistry Group Sep 2021 – Present
Undergraduate Researcher
Design and develop simulations to investigate electron charge transport systems in novel materials (perovskite).
▪ Investigate sophisticated numerical integrators to approximate electron interactions in photo-electric materials
▪ Develop more efficient and accurate simulations in Python using these numerical integrators with the NumPy,
and MatPlotLib libraries.
VEX Robotics Team Lead Programmer Sep 2017 – May 2021
▪ Led a robotics programming workshop for middle school students. Designed a curriculum to teach them basic
programming and robotics theory fundamentals in C++.
▪ Wrote a minute long autonomous routine using the C++ library PROS. Wrote all code and designed all
algorithms for the team 2360N.
▪ Implemented motion control algorithms using PID and wheel-encoder/IMU odometry.
▪ Provided mentorship for younger teams and designed workshops to help younger teams understand my team’s
code base.
▪ Qualified for the Worlds contest in the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 seasons.

AWARDS / HONORS
Citadel East Coast Data Open Winner Nov 2021
Placed first in the Citadel Data Open and won a $10,000 cash prize. Qualifies for the national contest with a
$100,000 cash prize. Link to the report is here
USA Computing Olympiad Gold Division Qualifier Dec 2020
Qualified for the second highest division in a high school competitive programming contest.
AIME (American Invitational Math Examination) Qualifier Feb 2020
Placed in the top 5% of scorers in the American Mathematics Contest (AMC).
