So far, we've talked about prosody,

putting things together.


We've talked a little bit about song form.
And now we're going to talk about how to
use the elements of song form, that is
sections, in, in your song to create this
whole sense of prosody.
We've talked about stable versus unstable
as a way of connecting your ideas and your
composition.
And so now we're going to start a whole
series of videos that are dealing with the
elements of composition.
That is, the five tools that you have or
five of the tools that you have to create
stability or instability.
Those five tools are as follows.
Number of lines, that's number one.
Number two, matched or unmatched line
lengths.
Number three, your rhyme scheme.
Number four, the rhyme types that you use.
And number five, the rhythms of your
lines.
