Qualifications for voting

Starting off with the restriction according to the…………... , the author mentioned in

his……….. that the disfranchisement was done on purpose of gaining the citizen’s

interest in election by practicing discriminating interpretation. This was based on the

event after the sharp drop of Texas electoral participation after 1896 as a result of leaving

the populism which was based on the slogan of white supremacy, by leaders. Also, the

author stated that how the disfranchisement was practiced within the limits of the 15 th

amendment 1890~1908 in his article about legalization of fait accompali. What it is

mentioned in the article about disfranchisement is Negro disfranchisement. I agree on the

reform after the 15th amendment of the federal constitution. According to the legislative

session 1975 – 76, the Negro population was hinder Negro voting through legislation in

electoral qualification. It was evitable to trigger the revolution in constitution in 1890.
