The aforesaid nominated Judicial Officers are required to hand over charge of their respective posts, to any of the nearest District Judge / Senior Civil Judge, if required, before proceeding to attend the aforesaid Programme.3. The Officers who relieve the aforesaid nominated Judicial Officers are required to hold full additional charge of the additional posts, till the nominated Judicial Officers take charge of their respective posts, after completion of the Programme. ‘The aforesaid nominated Judicial Officers from outstations are permitted to claim T.A/D.A. in this regard, as per rules in force. The absence of the Officers attending the said Programme from the Headquarters / Office in this regard, is treated as on “Other Duty”, The aforesaid nominated Officers are informed that any request for exemption from. participating in the said Programme, will not be entertained. m All the Principal Distriet Judges / Chief Judge, Puducherry / District Judge-cum- Chief Judicial Magistrate, The Nilgiris / and the District Judges who head the District Unit are instructed to issue necessary proceedings directing the Judicial Officers in their respective Districts, to attend the said Training Programme only through Video Confereneing Facility available at the Taluk/District Headquarters, on 08.08.2021 between 10.00 am and 01.30. p.m. and are required to direct the Court Manager, System Analyst and District System Administrator functioning in the respective Districts, to coordinate with the Central Project Coordinator, High Court of Madras and make all necessary arrangements in the Video Conferencing Room at the Taluk/District Headquarters, for the Judicial Officers to attend the said programme.
