I decided to work here because | like to share. lam a Chemist graduate, and | do not have any background as a teacher. My responsibility includes writing, reviewing, and updating the content for chemistry subjects. Being a teacher in an ed-tech company is indeed challenging. We have our limitations, such as a lack of nurturing aspects in learning. Those challenges keep us improving ourselves to deliver the knowledge and information better for the students and users. And feedback from them is the key to knowing what they need better.Quipper 06 Q e What is the most interesting thing © about making educational content? Compared to the conventional teaching method, | think we have more freedom in delivering the lesson. We still use the national curriculum as the standard but are allowed to present it in our way. In addition, we can also optimize the application of current technology to deliver our content. Concepts that seemed absurd before can be explained clearly with proper visualization. And given the current situation, education is quickly moving into the digital realm, and we have more of audience and demand now.
