Payment Adjustment Hierarchy

1 Penalty : If any, will be adjusted before below mentioned adjustment.

2 Allotment Money : Surcharge if any, Delay interest if any, Allotment money.
3 Installment : Possession interest, installment principal.
Enhancement Compensation : Delay interest on enhancement, Enhancement interest,

Enhancement principal.
5 Extension Fee : Surcharge on Extension Fee, Extension Principal.
6 Rent (Lease Rent) : Delay interest, Rent Principal.
7 Increase area cost : Delay Interest, Increase area cost principal.

Calculation of extension Schedule for Institutional, Industrial and group housing

properties as per HUDA policy:-

Group Housing Societies:- Extension schedule starts after 5 years of offer of possession
date and has 5 year of extension schedule as per policy of HUDA.
Institutional:- Extension schedule starts after 2 years from offer of possession date and
has 3 year of extension schedule as per policy of HUDA.
