I am writing to apply for the Relief Cashier/Customer Service Representative position available
within your organization. I am currently a third year student at ‘The University of the West
Indies, Mona’, whereas I am pursuing my Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting with
expectation to complete my studies in Y2021.

While pursuing my academic studies, I have sought to also gain practical work experience and in
June 2017, I became a part of the ‘HEART Trust/NTA’ and was placed at ‘CIBC
FirstCaribbean International Bank’ as a HEART Trainee (Client Service Assistant) within the
Corporate and Investment Banking division since August 2017. Whilst being with the
organization, I have received various on the job training including accounting and developed
excellent customer service experience to the benefit the client and staff alike. While on the job, I
was charged with operational duties and have been credited for good work ethics, the service
delivery to the client and being an active team member.
