But, are there differences between male and female leaders?

In my opinion, leadership is linked to a personality. And personality criteria are not made up of gender. It’s not associated to
a woman or a man, so I don’t see a difference between male and female leaders.
But some men have difficulty following a female leader because for them, the woman expresses a smooth and motherly
leadership. And women are poorly represented or underestimated
