What is SSP (Self-Service Portal)?
• SSP is a secure web-based end user
password management solution
• This solution helps user of H3I domain
(hutch.co.id) to perform self-service
password change, password reset, and
account unlock.
• Change password: regular activity to change
password periodically
• Reset password: to be requested when user
forgets current password
• Unlock account: to unlock user’s account caused
by wrongly entered password ten (10) times

What is Enrollment?
• Enrollment is a simple registration process wherein user provides a 3 number to
his / her account
• The 3 number will be used to validate a password reset or account unlock
requests

How to Access SSP (Self Service Portal)
• Go to https://ssp.tri.co.id:8888/

How to Enroll (Step-Login)
• Login using H3I domain user, as example (ssp.test1)

• “Click Here” to begin Enroll

• Change password requires a user to remember the old password

• Unlock account can only be done if the account is currently locked

• Select how the One-Time Passcode (OTP) will be sent (via email or SMS)

• Select the mobile number if user chose receiving OTP via SMS & click Continue

• Enter One-Time Passcode (OTP) in the provided field & click Continue

• To complete unlocking the account, enter the Captcha code then click Unlock

• Account unlock will be performed successfully if the account was locked

How to Reset Password (Step 1)
• If user forgets the current password, (s)he can reset the password to generate a
new password
• New password will send via email

• Select how the One-Time Passcode (OTP) will be sent (via email or SMS)

• Select the mobile number if user chose receiving OTP via SMS & click Continue

• New password will be sent to user’s email account

Important Additional Information
• After password has been reset successfully, the computer should connect to H3I
Internal Network for Password synchronization
• Without Password synchronization, the password used to login to the computer
will still use the old password (before changing on SSP). However, the email
password and VPN password will use the new password.
• To connect to H3I internal network, the computer should be connected to H3I
Office premise or connected through VPN if using External Network
• If you never connect to VPN, please send email to it.helpdesk@three.co.id to
get further support
