RULES FOR ENTERING THE CZECH REPUBLIC

All passengers travelling to the Czech Republic have

to fill the Public Health Passenger Locator Form
before entering the country.

After a completed form is sent, you will receive

2 a confirmation email.

You have to submit the comfirmation email before

3 bording a plane or a bus and during the border
and residence control.

The measure is based on the Minister of Health Protective

Measure that also describes exceptions from this measure.
Both the Protective measure and the list of the countries with
a low risk of transmission can be found at the website of the
Ministry of Health or Ministry of the Interior.
