I am one of the appointees at Lanuza District assigned at Ibuan Tribal National High School. I write this
letter to ask for an apology (promissory) of not being able to comply with the desired requirements
needed (CAV and Authenticated TOR and DIPLOMA) at the given time. Reasons for late completion are
basically due to transport and processing. I promise to do my very best to submit all lacking
requirements as soon as possible. Attach herewith are the proof/documents needed for CAV processing.
