General Information
Description
This is a three-week course held every Saturday starting the first week of February. All classes
will begin at 6:30pm and last until 8pm. The goal of this course is to introduce complementary and
integrative medicines (CIM) that can help with stress management. The CIMs that will be discussed are
yoga, qi gong, and meditation. In addition to providing stress reduction all three practices also provide
additional health benefits that will be discussed. At the end of the course, you will come away with a
new understanding of the chosen CIMs
