1) The pattern of employment in men is that it goas up every year from


smallest to largest number.
The pattern in women is that it starts in a large number and decreases.

2) Persons might not want to be self-employed because they will have to


nurture their newly born babies that are not of the age to be in the care of
someone else, where the baby needs undivided attention.
b) to be self- employed requires a lot of responsibilities that persons may
not be prepared to accommodate such. Therefore, persons may be
inconsistent in upholding the business and success of it.

3) Two difficulties a young person might face in trying to get a loan is that the
person may not have enough money in the bank for them to allow access
to a loan.
b) the young person may not have a stable job, and might encounter
challenges in being consistent in accumulating the money to pay back the loan.

4) Strategies in which the government can create more jobs are by:
1) Cutting the amount of tax on businesses, to keep most of the money
being earned.
2) Can build more working organizations.
3) More jobs that can accommodate persons with various skills.
4) 1) in businesses keeping most of the money, they will not charge so
much money on items, where consumers will purchase the stocks and
also demand.
2) this strategy will help in increasing economic growth in both goods
and services.
3) this will lesson the cause of unemployment and allow persons to be
