Create a Sophos ID

1. Visit Sophos.com and click on the head and shoulder icon in the upper right corner
2. Click on Create Sophos ID then enter your name and email. The system will send you a
confirmation email to setup your secure (complex) password to complete the Sophos ID
registration process.

3. Log into Sophos.com with your Sophos ID username and password

4. Click on MyProfile and ensure that your contact info is up-to-date. Refer to MySophos
User Guide and FAQs

Register the appliances

Via MySophos
1. On the MySophos page, select Network Protection > Register Device
2. On the Register Device page, enter the serial number for the appliance found on the
attached License Schedule (serial number starts with the letter C).
