Conclusions :
Overall, the results from this survey have showed that the majority of the respondents exer-
cise regularly, and most of the respondents exercise for 10 to 30 minutes in a day and the
least respondents excercise less than 10 minutes. All the respondents agreed that doing exer-
cise keeps individuals away from stress.
