There were significantly positive correlation between the perception of health

status and the caring for children with CHD s after heart surgery at a moderate
level (r=0.538, p<.001), and significantly positive correlation between the
perceived self - efficacy and the caring for children with CHDs after heart
surgery at a high level (r =0.846, p<.001). The perception of health status was

study serve as preliminary data and provided related factors for a guide to
promote the caring for children with CHDs after heart surgery among caregivers.
