I would rate it at 2 out of six

• Quality of nurseries /childcare – nearest
• Quality of primary school – advanced but far away
• Good range of local shops – very few and far away
• Easy to get local information - easier
• Accessible health services – not even near

All these have so many disadvatages

I think there needs to be enough social amenities because there is so much land for them
to be accessed easily .
