“My Narrative Report”

Supervised Industrial Training is one of the best experience for every BTLED

students. It will strengthen your technical knowledge as well as your attitude in every

fields that you will get through. It was an honor for me to be assigned in CKCM TESDA ,

they are TESDA credited institution that produces quality and competent trainees that

considered as industry-based. During my first week it was such an overwhelming

experience because they treated as an employee , it means whatever work they do , we

will also work for it. The first thing that I have learned in my first week was installing

EMT or Electrical Metallic Tubing. In our Electrical training all the skills that I have

acquired in my electrical major, I could say it’s quite similar and by that every task we

have I can easily boost my self confidence due to the enough knowledge in the said

field. We also perform Food and Beverages activities though, it is not our major but

we’re still thankful for another learnings we have acquired. We were tasked to design

tables , to clean all the utensils that would be used in every FBS workshop. The trainers

also taught us how to make a CBLM , Session plan and FLS . While making all of that ,

all the knowledge and ideas that Dr. Lascuña taught us , we maximize all of those and

that’s the reason why the trainers were impressed to our performance. The third week

was quite tiring but we’re still thankful fo it, we were exposed in the field where I could

say my Knowledge is half-baked. We were tasked to perform SMAW NCII activities,

aligned with this we created a simple clay holder for plants. During our last week , we

helped them to prepare for the upcoming inspection in every corners of the shop, we

clean , organize and beautify all the workshop. Having these kind of experience makes

me more inspired to love my vocation which is teaching , I may not be a skillful nor most
intelligent but with my experience in TESDA I could say that I am one step ahead to my

dreams.
