Dear Dilantin,
I have checked the video you provide, there is some points I have some confuse,
1. Access Number is the default parameter, it should be *99***1#, as follow picture.

2. Please confirm the SIM card has network functions, it is best to use a mobile phone to test.
3. Please try to reset the APN of your SIM card. You can use your phone reset it.
4. Please check the mobile network system of your SIM card, also our panel’s Support frequency as follow:
LTE-FDD B1/B3/B5/B7/B8/B20
LTE-TDD B38/B40/B41
UMTS/HSPA+ B1/B5/B8
GSM/GPRS/EDGE 900/1800 MHz
If you check all of above steps and still not work, please try to change another brand SIM card and try. Some SIM card
brand cannot used to our alarm panel, sorry for inconvenience.
