Subject – Absence in Offline Classes

Respected sir

With due respect I Prabin Jha would like to state that my family would be away from the station
from 3rd November to 20th November due to some unavoidable personal circumstances along with
my family.

My son Vishal Jha and my daughter Soumya Jha are studying in your school in ninth grade and fourth
grade respectively. Vishal would be missing 8 days of his offline classes whereas Soumya would be
missing 3 days of her offline classes for the same.

I assure you that they will be attending all the classes through the online medium and would be
submitting all their works through pdfs and various possible means. Kindly consider them for the
same and allow them to attend only online classes throughout the duration of their live absence.
