I Piyar Ali S/o Noor Ali, Adult, Muslim, R/o. H # 51, Aminabad Colony,
Govt. College Road, Kali Mori, Hyderabad do hereby state on oath as under:

1. That, I am plaintiff in the suit and well conversant with facts of the matter.

2. That, the accompanying affidavit in evidence / ex-parte proof has been

drafted and filed under my instructions, the contents whereof may be treated
as part and parcel of the suit.

3. That, in compliance of the order dated: 27-01-2022 passed by the Hon. Court
of Additional District & Sessions Judge-V, Hyderabad in Civil Appeal No. 59 of
2021, I do hereby submit the original documents / receipts regarding payment
of loan amount for the kind perusal of this Hon. Court. (The receipts regarding
payment of loan amount is attached as Annexure “A – A/ ”).

4. That, I say that, I am in physical possession of suit property, the witnesses

examined by this Honorable Court were well conversant with the facts of my
case, I am in possession of original documents regarding suit property as well
as the payment of loan amount to concerned bank.

5. That, I say that, under the aforementioned facts, it will be in the interest of
justice to decree my suit as prayed.

Whatever stated above is true in the capacity of meaning and to the

best of my knowledge and belief.
