Description of task(s) to be coached and coaching process:
The wait staff should be trained on how to conduct customer based surveys in order to know
how to collect feedback from the customers.
The coaching process to be employed will be face to face coaching.
Session structure and timing:
The coaching sessions will last for 3 weeks.
The daily coaching time will be 3 hours a day
The training will be conducted between 9.00 am to 12.00 noon every day in the training hall
within the restaurant.
