Customer: After I look our bank transaction journal, our savings it's not enough, I think we
lack of capital for our business.

Customer's partner: Have you ever heard about bank loan?

Customer: I have heard this before, but I have no experience enough about it. Do you think
we need to get a bank loan?

Customer's partner: that's it, I remember this bank provide a bank loan too. What about we
get a bank loan here?

Customer: Well, but do you know how much percent of the bank loan interest rates that was
charging here?

Customer's partner: I have no clue, what about we ask the bank customer service?

Customer: Well, I think the bank customer service is to the right of the bank teller.

Customer's partner: Okay let's ask she.

Customer: Good morning.

Bank Customer Service: Good morning ma'am. Please have a seat.

Customer: I want to apply for a business loan.

Bank customer service: Have you filled out the loan application form?

Customer: Not yet. I just need to confirm a few things first.

Bank costumer service: What information would you like to know?

Customer: I need to know how long it would take for loan approval? Also about the interest
rate for the loan, there are any increases or decreases during the loan term?

Bank customer service: Usually, the loan approval procedure would be taken in 15-30 days.
It's all depending upon the information you provide. And then we provide both fixed interest
rate and adjustable interest rate loans.

Customer: How much percent of the bank loan interest rates that was charging now?

Bank costumer service: 6% p.a interest rate without provision and administration fee.

Customer's partner: Okay, what about the loan limits?

Bank customer service: Loan limit starts from Rp 10.000.000 - Rp 500.000.000 ma'am.

Customer's partner: Do you have a brochure, document or something that showing the
diferences between the fixed rate and the adjustable rate?

Bank customer service: Of course, we do. All about the terms and conditions of both types of
loan are in the documents that you receive along with the application form.

Customer: Where can I apply for a bank loan?

Bank customer service: You can apply a bank loan in Manager's room at 2nd floor. Anything
else I can help you with, ma'am?

Customer: I think that's enough, Thank you.

Bank customer service: It's my pleasure, have a good day ma'am.

(In Manager's Room at 2nd floor)

Customer: Excuse me ma'am

Manager Bank: Yes take a seat, please. Can I help you?

Customer: We want to apply for a bank loan. We have discussed it with Bank customer
service.

Manager Bank: Ok ma'am. Have you ever applied for a bank loan before?

Customer: No, this is my first loan. I just want to apply for the first time.

Manager Bank: When you planning to take the loan, ma'am?

Customer's partner: If possible, next month would be great.

Manager Bank: Okay, whenever you want to go to office, do bring your salary slip of the last
three months, IT file of 3 years. Don't forget an ID proof, address proof, age proof and
property documents.

Customer: welL.is there anything else besides all that?

Manager Bank:Yes Ma'am,apart from that,you have to fill an application form.

Customer's partner: May i have that form?

Manager Bank: yes, you can. You will find the list of documents required at the back of the
form. So carry them along with you.

Customer: If I want to ask something, where should I go?

Manager Bank: This is my name card, you can call me if you have any problem or anything
