REACTION PAPER

Starting a small business is the most effective approach to achieve financial

independence. This assertion is debatable, but it makes sense. One of the most difficult things a
person can accomplish is to do this. What motivates people to start their own business? They
yearn for self-sufficiency. Some people start a business just because they are interested in it or
as a pastime. Small business enables an individual to organize his time in the manner that he
desires.
Everyone needs a plan, whether they are beginning a business for personal reasons or
simply to make a lot of money. He has the ability to create the commodities and services he
desires. Finally, he is capable of attempting to be responsible and inventive. The most vital thing
to have when starting a small business is the desire and heart to succeed, as no firm can
succeed without passion.
One must be their own employer, able to turn dreams into reality, and eager to market
and sell a product. It requires a great deal of discipline, long hours, and hard work, which many
people lack. A business, on the other hand, can be the start of something enormous with the
correct willingness, passion, and dedication.
You work for your own financial gain. You have complete control over your decisions
and actions. If you are not acknowledged and appreciated at work, you can start your own
company and implement your unique and humorous ideas.
Nonetheless, there are a slew of circumstances that might wreak havoc on an
inexperienced business. It's important to remember that independence comes with
responsibilities. You are in charge of your company's success and the well-being of your staff.
You are also accountable for the health and well-being of your clients who consume your
products.
You must understand how to grow and expand your small business in a positive way.
You should know what to do in a crisis or in a circumstance that is uncertain. You should be
prepared to wake up in the middle of the night and spend the entire day at your workplace,
resolving any urgent issues or inter-employee disagreements. You should be a conflict-
resolution teacher, and negotiator.
