TOPIC 1: STRESS MANAGEMENT

Stress is really a big part especially in our generation. I think we actually crave stress just
to function, and as a procrastinator it’s a helpful nudge to finish all my deadlines. But its not
healthy I really love the talk. And how they really acknowledge that all of us is created. Knowing
God the Father is my biggest reason why I can handle stress. Praying and just knowing that I
cant do all things I just need to let God the Father take the wheel. This webinar is really helpful
to me. It tackles not just about stress but also what stress can do to your body, the coach also
help us to see the sign of stress. In that way I can personally manage it and stop it before It ca
harm the things that I really cared for. Like my work and relationships.
