TABLE STEPS

write index on page 1.


diwali on page 2. press enter 2/3 times then break the page.
do this with all festivals. the select individual heading of each page and click on
Add text -> level 1.
then select table of contents.
then type subpoints of the festivals and again select the text and click on Add
text -> level 2.
then select table of contents.
place the curser on holi press ctrl key and tap on holi you;ll be taken to page 3.

BOOKMARK
select index and tap on bookmark and type index and link okay.

HYPERLINK
write top on the bottom left of page 2.
select the text Top and select link and go to place in this document and selct
index.
if you place curser on top and prss ctrl key and tap on top you'll be taken to the
text INDEX.

FOOTNOTE
go to page 2.
place the curser next to diwali and click on insert footnote from refernce tab.a
footnote will appear o the end of page 2.
type the text and go to diwali again and click twice on 1 besides it.

ENDNOTE
go to page 3. place the curser after holi and click on insert endnote from refernce
tab.
a footnote will appear ob the last page of the document. type the text and go to
holi againand click 2 times on 1 besides it

INSERT CITATION
go to page 3. press enter 2/3 times after chrishmas. now go to insert citation in
refernce tab and enter the necessary information.

BIBLIOGRAPHY
go to page 3. after insert citation text press enter and click on bibliography in
referene tab.

INSERT CAPTIONS
IN A NEW DOC TYPE INDEX ON PG 1 AND ADD 4 IMAGES ON 4 DIFFERENT PAGES.
now select each image and press on add caption from refernce tab.
INSERT TABLE FIGURES
press enter after index on page1.
then press on insert table of figures from the reference tab and you'll get a table
of contents.

MAILING
in a new word document type te letter format.
now open word and type a table of name, add, cell no and city of the shareholders.
now save the excel file and open the letter format doc. press enter after to then
click go to mailing tab.
click on start mail merge and select letter.
then cluick on select recepient and select the saved excel file from the laptop and
press ok.
then click on insert merge feild and select name then press enter.
then similarly select the other 3 headers.
now press on preview result and you'll be able to see the 4 people's info.
now you can click on finish and merge and select edit individual documents if you
need to edit.
