Thank you for your very thoughtful questions. I understand your ultimate decision will be determined by
your guests needs and RSVPs. While I know you will not have truly firm plans until late next spring, we
are expecting another very vigorous wedding season in 2022. It will be a good idea to reserve your
vehicles as soon as you are able. We reserve vehicles on a first come, first served basis. Many of our
couple’s reserve what they think will be needed for the most basic guest needs; they then add more
equipment, as their needs increase. For example, if you are sure 40 people will need transportation, I
would encourage you to reserve a motor coach. That way we set that vehicle aside for you and it cannot
be assigned to anyone else on you wedding date. 

You can certainly customize the vehicles to meet your needs. Below you will find similar estimates that I
