of Mankenberg GmbH

Mankenberg GmbH optionally offers the following additional services. Please note that the optional services listed here must
be explicitly specified in the order confirmation to be deemed as contractually agreed. If your requirements are not listed in this
options catalogue, please inquire about them individually.

EXTENDED AVAILABILITY OF SPARE AND WEARING PARTS

We ensure that you can still order spare parts for your valves from us for a period of 10 years after purchase. If you request a
longer guaranteed availability of spare parts, we will be pleased to submit a competitive offer to you. Please note that due to
technical reasons we cannot guarantee extended availability for the following products: bellows-operated valves, safety valves,
strainers of the series 2.00I, valves of the company CSA and commercial valves of all kinds.

EXTENDED WARRANTY PERIODS

Our offer price is effective for a warranty period of 12 months from delivery EXW Mankenberg, Luebeck (Germany).
Optionally we gladly offer an extension of the warranty period on the following conditions:
» Extension for the first year: 10% of the order value
» Extension for the second year: 15% of the order value
» Extension for the third year: 20% of the order value
» Extension for the fourth year: 25% of the order value

The amounts are valid for the year of extension and are cumulative. In principle, wearing parts are excluded from the warranty.

ISSUE OF GUARANTEES

For the issuing of guarantees such as down payment guarantee, contract performance guarantee or warranty guarantee, we
charge a handling fee of presently € 50,- plus an annual guarantee interest of 2,5% of the guarantee amount.

EXCLUSION OF COUNTRIES OF ORIGIN

We only use parts and raw materials from selected international companies and suppliers. If you wish to exclude countries, we
will check the individual case and submit a competitive offer.

EXAMINATION OF VOLUMINOUS CONTRACT DOCUMENTS

Unless expressly stated otherwise in our offer, our offers are principally based on our own terms of sale. If you request us to
consider other commercial contractual conditions or extensive specifications, we are pleased to offer this, whereby the additional
expenditure for the contract review and adjustment of the procedure will be invoiced according to time and effort.

CUSTOMER-SPECIFIC LAYOUT OF THE DOCUMENTATION

Operating manual and data sheet (only for standard valves) are regularly part of the standard documentation. For customer-
specific documentation requirements, e.g. drawing frames, etc., we will be pleased to submit an individual offer. Deviating
documentation must be expressly agreed and confirmed by us in the order confirmation. Operating manuals are supplied as
standard in German and English. If another language is desired or necessary, we will be pleased to submit a competitive offer.

ADDITIONAL MARKING

Mankenberg supplies the usual type identification for stainless steel valves by etching/ lasering directly on the valve body and for
cast bodies by a rivet-mounted type plate. As a standard this is done in English. If further markings (e.g. for power plants etc.)
are required, Mankenberg offers the following options:
Marking per beat number: € 5,- per digit
Marking per weatherproof tag: € 20,- per piece
Marking per rivet-mounted stainless steel plate: € 50,- per piece

HOURLY RATES FOR ADDITIONAL WORK

For services that are invoiced according to time and effort, we charge the following hourly rates plus legal VAT.
Technician: € 150,- / hour
Engineer: € 200,- / hour
Senior Expert: € 250,- / hour

SPARE PARTS AND MAINTENANCE KITS

We offer you an extensive range of spare parts and maintenance kits to ensure the long-term use of our well-proven products.
For technical reasons only the following parts are not available as spare parts. Spring caps, body, diaphragm housing,
intermediate pieces, covers. If you require a spare part or maintenance kit, we will be pleased to submit a competitive offer.

ADDITIONAL ACCEPTANCES AND CERTIFICATES

Mankenberg carries out its own internal factory acceptance test for all products. Details can be found below under „according
to DIN without certificate (standard)“ for acceptances and tests. As a standard, no separate certificate is issued. Prices for desired
variants of the test or acceptance as well as certificates, confirmations and approvals can be found in the following overview.

Should you require further tests, certificates, welding documentation or acceptance tests, we will be pleased to submit a
competitive offer. Please note that for tests, acceptances, confirmations and certificates requested after receipt of the order
(order confirmation by Mankenberg) and before completion an additional processing fee of 50,- € plus the respective extra
charge will be invoiced. If additional tests or acceptances are requested, a reasonable adjustment of the delivery dates is deemed
to be agreed. The delivery of certificates and confirmations after shipment will be invoiced according to time and effort, provided
that it is possible to produce them after delivery.

HELIUM LEAKAGE TEST

German Air Pollution Control Regulation TA-Luft: To prove that the specific leakage rate of 10-5 kPa l/(m/s) to the € 225,-
outside of the delivered valve, as specified in the TA-Luft, is undercut, a helium leak test is performed on each valve. This
proves an outward leakage rate of at least 1x10-6 mbar l/s. There is no type test according to VDI 2440!
Testing and documentation in our manufacturer certificate.
(As an option: extra charge for the documentation in a separate certificate per valve: € 50,-)

PERSONNEL SUPPORT ON SITE

We charge a daily rate for the visit of an external inspector and for the processes interrupted due to the provision of € 970,-
personnel at Mankenberg.
