1. That the proposed representing authority who is intending to represent the accused
no.1-Company under sectioned 305 of Cr.P.C.
2. That by the strength of their authorized letter signed by the Directors is in favour of, for
showing the proper representation for accused No.-1 Company under section 305 of
Cr.P.C. here to form.
3. That the said extracts of the authorization letter is attached herewith for your Honour’s
kind perusal and necessary order.

Hence it is prayed that your Honour may graciously be pleased to pass necessary order by
allowing ____________________________, to represent the accused No.1-company under section
305 Cr.P.C. henceforth for the interest of justice and pass such other orders or order which your
Honour may deem fit and proper.
