Design and functional principle

Roasting with hot-air from 200 to 450 °C is the

only choice to ensure a uniform roast,
because the beans are equally treated all
around.

The machine is designed for an optimized

convective energy transfer and reduce the
inertia to a minimum.

High system flexibility thanks to a modular

burner and a variable fan speed.

Combined with a state-of-the-art recipe

control with 10 roasting steps.

Energy efficiency & Product quality

The variable drum speed of the

roasting chamber delivers always the
best conditions to the product.
- if the beans are heavy and small
- or light and big

Specifically designed blades take care

to these changing bean properties and
obtain a perfect blending and an
optimal heat exchange at any time of
the process.

Process control - recipe

Each recipe can be defined by up to 10

roasting steps.

For each step the hot air temperature

and fan speed can be individually set.

The hot air temperature and therewith

the power input is precisely controlled by
the modular burner.

Maximum flexibility in terms of profile

adjustment and repeatability.
