“Pros and Cons of Transnational or Multi-National Businesses (TNCs/MNCs) and the

Integration of the Philippines to the Global Economy.”

The Multinational corporations have more assets or more research that leads to improved
products or facilities at least one in country than its domestic location. The multinational
corporations create a consistent experience for consumers due to their large corporations that are
able to leverage their size in creating consistent price for the product, they can also enforce
minimum quality standards that the vendors are allows to enter the market or new demographic
for goods and services due to the fact that the product had a reflection to meet the satisfaction of
consumer in their preferences. On the other hand, the Transnational can exploit local workers
due to the local conditions and can bankrupt the local businesses that the product may offer low
prices and comes at high cost even the brand of the product have an established name. But what I
love about the Transnational corporations is that it can create a job for the local population.
There's a lot of people are unemployed and trying to strategize the available jobs offer from
different sector of local jobs. Philippines will earn more in tax since majority of the Filipino
owned company do not pay full tax. The available tax cuts, rewards or offered by the country
and can easily transfer the product to overseas offices. These are considered as the key or the
aspect to the globalization agent and resources for efficiency and growth. The respective
companies and contributions to our country's economic growth, job creation provide the most
direct answers to the theme such as secure investment, business- friendly local government and
the partnership between Local government units and businesses. The institution includes
property rights protection, infrastructure. To sum it all up, as long as the country has laws in
place to prevent rigging the market, we can evolve and improve the economic zones and
companies to be globalized country and as long as they give jobs to the people with fair and
equitable compensation to improved their lives. Like for example the China, they are known as
the biggest partnership when it comes to business and now, they are building their own
multinational firms that have learned and adapted from foreign multinational corporation and the
engine of growth for Asia and the world to modernize the economy.
