There are many ways to define beauty,but I feel like society plays a huge role in how beauty is

portrayed to women.I believe that society focuses more on what a person looks like than what

they do for society.What makes a person beautiful is what they have inside and who they are.

Qualities that beautiful people have are kindness,honesty,respect,confidence,generosity,positivity

and willingness to help others when they in need.

The word beautiful is more then what people thought. Society diminishes that ideal by telling

people what is and what is not beautiful.What should make a person beautiful is how they treat

people,their poise and how they give back to the community.

I feel as though what society puts in the media makes people feel undersirable as though they are

not accepted in the society for meeting the expecations society puts in the media. People such as

Beyonce and Michelle Obama are viewed as “beautiful” in the American society.

Society thinks women should be skinny,with a perfect simle,tall,long hair with large

assets.Society shouldn’t only focus on how they treat others within their family or community.

Beyonce stated,”We all have our imperfections.But I’m human,and you know it’s important to

concentrate on other qualities besides outer beauty.”A beautiful appearance is always visible and

easy to be judged but the inner beauty is something we can see by its qualities only. For

example,the person witrh self-confidence has the ability to manage everything.They are capable

to conquer their fear and brave to face challenges that comes in their way.

Other than that,kind hearted also shown the inner beauty of a person.They have the willingness

to help their family or the people who need help.We can see the politeness when they

express,they opinion. Always remember the word “beautiful” is the inner beauty of a person not

the person looks.
