bicycle behind the bush to surprise her.When Jimmy looked back and saw the bicycle she jumped
with joy.It was just what she wanted.She gave her uncle a big hug.

She loves her new bicycle and she loves her uncle too.

8÷2=4
1) We start with 8 objects or we can draw 8 dots .
2) We are dividing by 2 so we collect them into
groups of 2
3) We can count 4 groups in total .
4) This means that 4 groups of 2 can be made from 8
objects.

Odd and Even numbers


An even number is a number that can be divided into
two equal groups . An odd number is a number that
cannot be divided into two equal groups .
Even numbers end in 2 , 4 , 6 , 8 and 0 but odd
numbers end in 1,3,5,7,9

Deleting text
To delete a text, word or a sentence, we should first select it and
then either press the Delete key on the keyboard or click on
Edit->Delete.

Copying text and moving text


To copy or move a text or word or sentence, we may follow any of
the following steps:
a) Select the word or sentence and click on Edit-> Copy to copy
or Edit->Cut to move.
b) Select the word or sentence and right click on the selected
region to choose copy or cut.
c) Select the word or the sentence and use the Cut-Copy icons
to cut or copy.
d) Keyboard short cuts like CTRL+C for Copy and CTRL+X for
cut may be used after selecting the word or sentence to be
copied or moved.
Pasting a text
To paste a word or sentence already cut or copied, we may either
use the keyboard short cut CTRL+V or click on EDIT->PASTE or
right click and choose Paste or use the Paste icon.
