That is the month Icarus, a planetoid, is supposed to invade our solar system. The United States, England, and Russia are exploring the possibility of a jointly constructed nuclear rocket to intercept it before it gets here. The United Nations is said to be making initial plans to evacuate half of the earth's population to the other side of the expected impact point. Prof. Stuart Thomas Butler, a Sydney, Australia physicist stated, "a colossal force, impact equal to 1000 hydrogen bombs, would result if Icarus hits the earth. It could reduce any of the world's major cities to rubble in a flash if it diverges only slightly from its present course." Icarus is expected, according to half of the world's astronomers, to miss the earth by 4,000,000 miles. The other half of them concede that influences of the Earth, the Moon, or the Sun could cause collision with the earth. Our planet happens to be the nearest to its space path as of present calculations. If Icarus has a magnetic field and its north pole is attracted to the earth's south pole, or vice versa, it could deviate from its present trajectory. The Sun could attract it, or repel it, changing its course. It seems that prophecy in the Bible says in the latter days, “the earth will reel like a drunken man." It would certainly take something of a great impact, or prolonged influence, to move the earth and make it wobble. While this great danger is being faced by the world's population, the brains of little men go on plotting war. Maybe God is going to show them enough destruction to quell their satanic activities.THE BIEFIELD-BROWN EFFECT In 1923 Dr. Biefield, professor of physics and astronomy at Dennison University, teamed up with Townsend Brown in basic efforts to understand and over- come gravity. At Dr. Biefield's suggestion a number of tests were performed to determine the electrical relation of gravity relative to electrically charged objects. Dr. Biefield was a former classmate of Einstein in Switzerland. The original tests conducted proved there was a tendency toward motion in a charged con- denser suspended from a thread. This observed motion of a charged condenser has been labeled the Biefield- Brown Effect. Brown pointed out in 1923 that this ten- dency of a charged condenser to move might grow into @ basically new method of propulsion. In 1926 Townsend Brown described a “space car" using this new principle. By 1928 he had built working models of a boat propelled in this manner, By 1938 Brown had shown how his condensers not only moved but had interesting effects on plants and animals. Townsend Brown made a condenser shaped like a saucer that flew around a maypole long before flying saucers became a newspaper topic in 1947, The saucers made by Brown had no propellers, no jets, no moving parts at all. They created a modifica~ tion of the gravitational field around themselves, which is analogous to putting them on the incline of a "hill", They acted like a surfboard on a wave» The electro-gravitational saucer creates its own "hill", Which is a local orientation of the field around it) Then it takes its own “hill” with it in any direction and at unlimited acceleration. There are no inertial forces as’such inside the field. No thrust, or centri- fugal force results on the load or occupants with directional changes. Brown's saucers required a highly charged leading edge, the positive polarity pole. Such a charged pole produces an electrical corona. This is visible in dark— hess. A full scale saucer will produce a corona visible for miles at night. The shape of a saucer follows the requirements of electro-static and gravitational considerations, not aerodynamic requirements. There is no heat barrier, or skin friction as in aircraftrammed through the air by reaction propulsion methods. The material leading edge of the ship enters a vacuity created by the electrically charged area in front of it. For every known electromagnetic effect there is an analgous electrogravitational effect, but electro- gravitational causes and effects differ from those of electromagnetic. The fields around a saucer can reach an intensity where they will bend light around them, and they will appear to disappear. Radar bounce off’ the body can also be screened off by the field at given frequencies, and it will disappear on the radar scope. Brown observed the following factors in his moving, charged condensers: 1. Regarding the separation of the plates of the condenser; the closer the plates, the greater the effect. 2, The ability of the material between the plates to store electrical energy in the form of elastic stress. A measure of this ability is called the "K" of the material. The higher the "K", the greater the Biefield~ Brown effect. 3. The area of the plates; the greater area giving the greater effect. 4. The voltage difference between the plates; more voltage, more effect. 5. The mass of the material between the plates; the greater the mass, the greater the effect. We observed that with vertical poles a separation, or division of the fields can be affected with a "caduceus" coil winding. This creates one field pulling up and the other field pushing down. The coupling of harmonics in electricity, gravity, and magnetism result in the power that spins planets, orbits them, and causes galaxies to spin. We printed data on the conversion of linear energy into spin motion in the "Proceedings" in 1954. The Biefield-Brown effect demonstrates that a con- denser suspended in a horizontal position, when charged with electricity, will move in the positive pole direc- tion. Reverse the polarity and it will move in the opposite direction, always moving toward the positive end.The spherical balls that have been referred to as a landing gear in the pictures taken by George Adamski, are not landing gears - they are condensers. Located 120% apart they provide a tripod effect in the gravitational field, and give directional control by polarity manipulations. eat Townsend Brown pursued his research until 1956, when he formed N.I.C.A.P., the National Investigations Committee on Aerial Phenomena, in Washington, D.C., with a top brass advisory board. I visited Townsend Brown in his office in Washington in late 1956 while I was on a lecture tour. In dis~ cussing his research and flying saucers with him, I explained the purpose of the 120° control. In a few weeks he resigned as the head of N.1I.C.A.P., and Major Donald Keyhoe became its Director. In January, 1955, we printed data in the "Proceed- ings" on "The Earth As A Motor". From this data another man made an anti-gravity model, and is at present engaged in making larger ones for a private firm, which is under government subsidy. In 1952 we printed data on anti-gravity relative to rotating high fre- quency fields. In 1956 we explained data relative to polarity reversals and temperature changes in mole~ cular structure over Radio Station W.0.R. that was later proven by a major steel company, who sent a man out here to consult with me for several days. There are anti-gravity research projects in every country in the world. On my last lecture tour I was approached by two separate parties conducting anti- gravity research outside of government subsidy. Both of them work and will lift non-ferrous metals like gold and silver as easily as a magnet will attract iron. Neither one of them works on the Biefield-Brown effect, but rather by orienting the poles of the atomic structure - like magnetism orients the poles in mole- cular structure. Xuthority refused to look at the Dean Space Drive, written about by Campbell in a past "Astounding Magazine", because it contradicted Newton's Law of 7 Gravity -'but it works! The Biefield-Brown Effect is only a part of gravi- tational knowledge, but Townsend Brown should bepublicly honored for his revelations; not rejected to become another Tesla unknown to present scientific teaching. Kepler and Newton knew the true state of things, but science misinterpreted their findings. Faraday demonstrat- ed "magna-rotation”. Rotary moving weights produce mechanical lift through centrifugal force. This was proven by Mr. Benny Hallberg in Sweden and is referred to as the "Hallberg Device". Resonance is the answer to both sonic and electro- gravitational nullification of gravity. A "free energy motor can be made with permanent magnets, using a three gear planetary system between the rotor and stator, with an even number of magnets on the rotor and an uneven number of magnets on the stator. The three gears have three magnets rotating to time attraction and repulsion between the rotor and stator magnets polarity-wise. Gravity is relative to the mass of the atomic structure of the matrix. It would be easier to lift the Empire State building than it would be to lift a salt shaker if the poles of the atomic structure were aligned vertically. Multiple wave oscillation gives an angleworm thrust to coherent waves that are in harmonic resonance with each other. With no frictional resistance, acceleration beyond the theorized speed of light are possible. Being inside of the electrogravitational field causes all time reference to cease, and one could live an inde finite life span as long as the cell loss is replaced in the body by new cell food. An electro-statically charged condenser ~ which a space ship is ~ excludes all outside influences which cause ageing in bodies. A paper recently released by Hans Lauritzen, "Disclosure Of The Motive Power Systems Of The Flying Saucers", is most revealing. You can understand why the Biefield-Brown effect is not being taught in our most advanced technical colleges today because of the impact it would have on a world run by money. This is the reason why flying saucers data has been withheld from the public,SAUCERS, PSYCHOLOGISTS AND SECRECY In the May 9%, 1966, "Newsweek" an article on page 90, entitled “Intruders From The Cosmos", psychologist Donald Michael discounts the sightings of saucers. He concludes that the sightings "fill a basic human need.” He says, “If it is pleasurable for him to think of him- self as'a member of a large universe of intelligent beings, an odd pink cloud may serve as affirmation of his identity." A research consultant in the University of California at Berkeley, H. Taylor Buckner, concludes that "flying saucer club members, by and large, are elderly, often in poor physical health and have a low mental health This same conclusion could fit politicians, people on social security, or officials at the heads of government. “The conclusion of club members," the writer stated, “range from a belief that an extraterrestial civiliza~ tion is keeping an eye on earthlings, to various religious interpretations." Knowing the shape the world is in, as a result of the function of brains ia the heads of "degree" experts, politicians, military strategists, State Department officials, and other top level advisors, I wonder what Kind of conclusions Mr. Buckner would arrive at if he examined them? Psychiatrists recently stated the mass murderer at Austin, Texas "was not dangerous to himself or the public” a few weeks before he started his killing spree. The priest in his church said "he did not commit asin in. the eyes of the church because he was insane at the time." The psychiatrists said he wasn’t dangerous, and the priest said he was insane! These are opinions that are wrong both ways. It seems that the experts who hand down official conclusions are the people who haven't seen the saucers. In a court of law they question the witnesses who were present at an incident, and accept the witnesses stories. They don't question some one who wasn't involved, didn't see anything, or wasn't present, except where flying saucers are involved. Then the Principle reverses and the expert who wasn't there be~ comes the authority and the witnesses are having hallucinations.In the January, 1966, saucer sightings over the Wanaque Reservoir in New Jersey, the police of Wanaque, Wyckoff, Pompton Lakes, Riverdale, Ringwood, and Patter- son were sighters along with hundreds of citizens. Were these policemen from six towns “elderly, in poor physical health and of low mental health. "? This saucer melted a 50 foot diameter hole in the ice of the reservoir, that wasn't there before the saucer was over it. Was this also a hallucination, Mr. Buckner? We hope Major Donald Keyhoe succeeds in getting an investigation going in Congress. Air Force consultants, officials, and psychologists are afraid of such a public investigation because the "senile aged" and “schizophrenics” will expose the conspiracy of secrecy. A minimum of a million witnesses can't be wrong. Since not more than 2% of the sightings have ever been reported to the Air Force, the percentage is against them. We have more sightings reported to us now than the Air Force does because of their policy of ridicule. It is apparent over the years that the unbelievers, the experts, and the denying officials are all the same breed of people. It is notable that many top scientists, and intelligent people in industry and the military are switching over to the acceptance side. Since I have yet to find one believer in saucers who became an un- believer, and many unbelievers becoming convinced, the trend is all one way, and time will expose the secrecy perpetrated on the people by the officials. I personally was told by an official of NORAD that he had received a letter signed by John F. Kennedy, when he was President, ordering a copy of all U.F.0. reports by the Defense Command to be forwarded to the office of the Vice President. Lyndon Johnson was the Vice President at that time. He knows! Is he too, “elderly, in poor physical health and have a low mental health”, Mr. Buckner? In the Sunday, August 78, 1966, "Los Angeles Times", in "Letters To The Times", Mr. Buckner retracts his conclusions as far as N.I.C.A.P. (the National Investi- gations Committee on Aerial Phenomena) is concerned. What made him exclude this Washington, D.C. organization?Is it a civilian front for the Air Force, as many con- tend? It is strange that press articles by N.I.C.A.P. always include the address to write to them, which is not done in most press data from other saucer clubs. Since we are not a saucer club, and do not belong to any saucer clubs, we also are excluded from Mr. Buckner's remarks. It is obvious he was not looking for the truth about saucers, he was looking for anything he could that would reflect against the people trying to find out about saucers. Who finances such investi- gations, Mr. Buckner? CLUE TO THE TIME "Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kind— reds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen." Revelations 1:7. Throughout the New Testament the return of Christ is connected with clouds, power, and great glory. St. Luke 21:27. St. Mark 14:62. St. Matthew 24:30. The U.F.0-s are often seen and photographed ioniz~ ing a cloud around them, or coming from a cloud that was formed by the electro-static field around the craft. They also demonstrate power in their rapid acceleration and high speeds, When witnessed with the iridescent colors of the rainbow, and changing colors of the force field around the craft with different energy applications, this certainly manifests glory - as it is a glorious sight to see. Not only is the return of Christ connected with clouds, but also when he ascended before multitudes after his resurrection. In Acts "4nd when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.” And in Acts 1:10 and 11, “And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.” A cloud by day and fire by night also directed the the Israelites in the time of Moses. 10Prophecy in the Bible is being fulfilled daily if one watches what is taking place. However, the return of Christ has been expected and unfulfilled for several generations. Is the clue to His return given in Revelations 1:7, where it says, "and every eye shall see him?" It stands to reason that he could not travel making personal appearances throughout every city and small town worldwide, but today we have worldwide T.V. and every eye could see him under these conditions; with motion pictures where T.V. is not shown in isolated areas. Certainly there would have to be a condition existant upon the earth that would make His return of great value to the people. This condition already exists in geophysical, moral, military, economic, and racial crises. It should be evident by now that the brains of the world are only making matters worse in their power hungry activities. Whether one believes in Christ, or not, is not the point of this article. The point is that the conditions of earth require outside intervention, and the time conforms to the requirements of prophecy. MAGNETISM, IONS AND YOU You are a walking battery. Your body is composed of millions of cells; these cells are composed of millions of atoms. Atoms are centers of positive and negative centers of activity, which are spinning fields. You are a mass of condensed energy, of which you probably only use less than one percent. Ions are charged particles of positive, or nega~ tive polarity. When you breathe you take in about 22,000 cubic inches of air a day. A cubic centimeter of normal air carries an average from 200 to 1,000 ions of both polarities. Air pollution may increase this to as high as 6000 ions in a cubic centimeter. Positive ions in air make you tense and irritable. Negative ions make you relaxed and tranquil. Positive ions are detrimental, and negative ions are beneficial. 1The sooner science can accept the fact that human bodies are only the matter polarity of the anti-matter opposite polarity of spirit, then the sooner health will be restored to a sick humanity. Dr. Leon Lederman, Professor of Physics at Columbia, University stated, "It is not possible now to disprove the grand speculation that these antiworlds are populated by thinking creatures." The ion content of the air changes with density, temperature and barometric pressure, as well as humidity. ‘Asthma patients have felt so much relief in the presence of a negative ion emitter that they don't want to leave the room. Dr. Kornblueh, in Philadelphia, studied brain wave patterns and found that negative ions tranquilized people in severe pain. Pain is now relieved in many major hospitals by placing the suffering patients in rooms charged with negative ions. Dr. Robert McGowan of Northeastern Hospital in Philadelphia, says, "Negative ions make burns dry out faster, heal faster, and with less scarring. They also reduce the need for skin grafting." Cilia normally whip around in a motion of about 900 beats a minute in normal air. Negative ions in- crease this beat to about 1200 a minute and positive ions slow it down to 600 a minute or less. This is an electrical effect. As magnetic storms occur on the Sun, the Earth is affected and research shows an increase in suicides and nervous and mental disorders during these periods. Electro-static potentials are associated with all living things. Vegetation shows regeneration rates that are proportional to direct current induced in it. Malignant tumors in mice gradually disappear if direct current is applied periodically. People go to sleep electrically. The polarity reverses in the head. The front of the head has a negative polarity potential, and a positive polarity in the rear. The 42polarity reversal brings on sleep. Numbness is not only a lack of circulation, it is a jack of neuron electrical flow. The senses aré all electrical to the brain and depend upon the movement and charge of ions. Joseph Molitorisz, research engineer, says "I am inclined to believe in an era when electrical stimula~ tion of living systems may replace much of the chemical treatments." Molitorisz, with the Department of Agriculture in Riverside, California, has controlled growth and production electrically in orange trees. He found he could also draw water through cut twigs electrically. This is how a tree defies gravity in moving sap up through it. It is a living ion antenna emitting ions from every leaf and extracting them from the earth. The old idea that no one can live on another planet because there is no oxygen there, is out of the win dow, It has been proven scientifically that a gradual change from normal air to helium can be made, and People can breathe other gases besides oxygen. Men under tests, have lived up to 30 days on helium with no adverse effects; and gone back to breathing normal air again. The gas, or air, is not what effects you as such. The respiratory tract is lined with millions of microscopic little hairs like small antenna, called Cilia. These minute antenna extract the static charge of ions in the air and charge the blood cells like batteries. The blood as such is a saline conductor electrically and is para-magnetic, The electro-magnetic energy, or "spirit", of man is infinite in its composite form, or field. The blood in its para-magnetic ability to absorb ions of energy, transmits this energy throughout the body. Since blood is subject to thought, as established by Dr. Little field in his book, "Man, Minerals, and Masters", it is possible to create levitation of the body by con- centrated thought, or electromagnetic fields. 1sTHE "PROCEEDINGS" AND "THE INTEGRATRON" This issue of the "Proceedings" is starting the 14 year of publication. We have tried throughout the years {O bring you vital information that you cannot receive {through conventional news media. We have printed much Gata relative to new principles before they were proven by science. We have placed a scientific interpretation oa much Biblical information that was not explained before. We have given of much time and effort in order to keep you up with many subjects. The "Proceedings" is an inspired bulletin. There is nothing like it in the world. Every article in it is gone over and rehashed by the Directors of the Ministry Sf Universal Wisdom, Inc., in order to insure the Qccuracy of its contents. We try to keep our readers in~ formed in advance of coming events. Our purpose in mailing this bulletin to you is for your knowledge increase. We do this freely with God's help. In return we depend upon each of you to reciprocate by supporting the "Proceedings" with money, a necessary part of this world. About thirty people in our files yo much more than their share. Half of our file cards show these readers break even with the cost of printing and mailing. LECTURE TOUR During April and May we made a lecture tour to Denver, Topeka, Wichita, Oklahoma City, Amarillo, and Houston. In July we spoke at the A.F.S.C.A. convention in Reno, Nevada. In August we spoke at the Quimby Con- ference in Flagstaff, Arizona. With all of this travel we discovered one thing that will be apparent in the Fall elections: The people are fed up with the mis-management of foreign affairs, the Viet-Nam situation, and the distorted economy. We didn't ask! The people told us. ‘The human race is in for a severe jolt because they seem to act like God is dead, even if they deny it.
