Sub: Apology letter for not attending maintenance practise class

I would like to apologize to you for not attending your class on week 9
or 11/3/2015 without any prior notification to you. Actually I was
overslept on that day and come to class late. My phone was not
working otherwise I would have informed you and I did not noticed that
the door has been locked. I hope my apology letter will be granted and
I do promise note to repeat this in future.
