Abstract: The abstract should be one paragraph of about 150 words, and may not exceed 250
words. It should have the following structure: An opening sentence that sets the question that you
address and is comprehensible to the general reader, background content specific to this study,
results, and a concluding sentence. It should be one paragraph only. (12, Times New Roman,
Italic)
Key Words: 5 the most suited key words related to your thesis (12, Times New Roman, Italic)
1. Introduction
This should include introductory information that lays out the clinical problem addressed by
the research and that explains other background necessary for understanding the study.
Not more than FOUR paragraph or 1 ½ page. Introduction must include background of the
study (1 paragraph); Problem statement (1 or 2 paragraph); research objectives; and
uniqueness or significance of this study (1 paragraph).
2. Literature Review
LR must not be more than 4 pages including abridge explanation about the area of the
research (1 to 2 paragraph)
Theoretical foundation, which mainly describe the theory (s) in details. You may add
figure or table in this section (if necessary). Make sure you numbered the table or figure
with appropriate caption.
Conceptual model, which describe the hypothesis, and explanation between independent
and dependent variables with appropriate citation. Must include the figure with
appropriate caption and number.
3. Methodology
It must not be more than 1 ½ page. This section mainly describes the questionnaire and
sampling.
This section must not be more than 5 pages including tables. This section mainly
describes the respondents’ attributes and hypothesis testing.
5. Conclusions
This section must not be more than 2 pages including theoretical and practical
contributions, limitations and further study.
6. References
