Analysis:
• 24/12/21 After replacement the motor. Vibration measurement dominant 2X turning speed motor
and time domain modulation profile not seen anymore, no abnormal pattern indicated (still
acceptable). Visually the oil gearbox on DE position has leakage.
• 19/12/21 Vibration measurement shows dominant 2X turning speed motor. Time domain shows
modulation profile, indicated coupling misalignment.

Recommendation:
• 24/12/21 Fix the leakage and continue monitoring.
• 19/12/21 Notification #750000012208 Need to check coupling condition and alignment. Please
contact RE after repair(s) has/have been made or required any additional information.
