 TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 OFFER VALIDITY : Thirty (30) days from the date offer.

 MODE OF PAYMENT : The full amount at 100% is payable by pay order or account
payee cheque in favor of Rahimafrooz Energy Services Limited as advance payment and
realized before taking delivery.

 TAX & VAT : This offer is Excluding supply VAT and AIT

 DELIVERY :

 Gen-set: Within 3 to 4 days from our ready stock up-to site depending on the
availability of the stock.
 Local Canopy & ATS: Within 12-14 working days up-to site from the date of
order confirmation & advance payment realized.

 WARRANTY: Manufacturer’s warranty is applicable only up-to a time length for:

 12 months from the date of commissioning, or
 18 months from the date of dispatch from the Italy Factory, or
 2,000 Running Hours.
Whichever occurs earlier.

 WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

 Defects due to user’s improper maintenance (Not following the maintenance

instruction by Manufacturer/Rahimafrooz).
 All Consumable items don’t cover any warranty
 Defects/damages due to use of consumables purchased from unauthorized sources,
use of non-recommended brands & quality of lubricating oils, use of poor
quality/contaminated diesel fuel etc.
 Normal Wear & Tear
 Alterations or repairs not authorized by Manufacturer in writing
 Any kind of replacement warranty is not applicable

 ERECTION & COMMISSIOMIMG:

The price quoted here is included the supervision and commissioning charges

 SERVICING:

 After sales service is free for 12 months from the date of commissioning without
consumables like Filters, Lube oil etc.
 First servicing is recommended after 100 hours. Second servicing after 200/250 hours or 6
months whichever first and so on (depending on the site conditions).

 TRAINING: Necessary in country training for operators and mechanics will be provided free of
charge at the time of commissioning the gen-set.

 EXCLUSIONS:

The following points are completely out of scope of supply/works and will be the sole responsibility
of the customer.

1. Supply of fuel/diesel.
2. Supply of starting materials like lube oil, distilled water/de-mineralized water etc.
3. Silencer pipe extension & material cost.
4. Hot air ducting & material cost.
5. Supply of any kind of power cable/control cable and cable laying, cable connection as
6. Well as any sort of electrical works.
7. Earthing required for the generator.
8. Lifting of generators above ground level.
9. Any kind of civil work and Engineering at site.
10. Any kind of ferry trolley fare to cross the river/sea to take the generator to a remote
place.
11. Without considering any provision for Back up DG cost
12. Without considering or additional EPZAD cost.

N.B: Any change of gen-set may occur time to time, as product development is a continuous
process.
