We, M/s. Rahimafrooz Energy Services Ltd., located at the address mentioned below, are
authorized distributors for FERBO and GREEN POWER Brand Diesel and Gas Generator Sets
assembled in the manufacturing factory (at loc. Maiano s/n, 61028 Caprazzino di Sassocorvaro
(PU), Italy) for the Bangladesh territory. In Bangladesh, we are authorized sales and service
establishments for diesel and gas generator sets and their spare parts.

We hereby declare our full commitment as stated in Clause ITT24.2(r) (xv) that we will provide
our local service support for the said contract.
